Place Value up to 1000 WORKSHEET DESCRIPTION
This worksheet uses base 10 blocks to aid students to get to grips with place value of numbers up to 1000. The worksheet begins with numbers represented in a table by base 10 blocks, in numerical and word form. students will fill blanks in the table by representing the numbers in all three forms. Next students compare pairs of numbers, deciding which is the largest. In section C students are given three sets of five numbers and have to order them from least to greatest.The worksheet ends with a puzzle. students are given three single digit numbers and with these must make as many different three digit numbers as they can before deciding which is the least and which is the greatest.
