Understand statistics as a process for making inferences about population parameters based on a random sample from that population.
Section A provides two tables of data and the size of the total sample required, so that learners can calculate the size of each strata. Section B provides some similar tables but with other some strata sizes given, but other missing information to be found. Use this worksheet alongside Sample Bias and Stratified Sampling (B).
